FAQ

How are task points counted and spent?: Task points cover deep creator search, email unlocking and email sending. Each run deducts points according to the rules, and your remaining balance is shown in real time.
How do I top up when task points run out?: On the Lite plan you can buy more points yourself from the dashboard at any time. On the Small Team and Enterprise plans, contact your sales advisor to add points or upgrade quickly.
Do you provide invoices or refunds?: Payments are processed by Airwallex. Invoices are not available at this time, and fees already paid — along with task points — are non-refundable.
