KOLHero Refund and Cancellation Policy / KOLHero 退款与取消政策

Cancellation

If checkout identifies a subscription as recurring, it renews automatically at the stated interval until canceled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current period or restore used credits.

To request cancellation when an account control is not available, contact contact@talkarcllc.com from the email address associated with your account.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, paid fees and credits are non-refundable. This includes unused subscription time, unused credits, cancellation, or a change of mind.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact contact@talkarcllc.com promptly and include the email address associated with your account and the relevant order or transaction information. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials by email.

We may issue a refund or service credit at our discretion, but doing so once does not require us to do so again.

若结账页将某订阅标明为周期性订阅，该订阅会按所示周期自动续费，直至取消。请在续费日前取消，以免产生下一笔扣款。取消只停止后续续费，通常不退还当期费用，也不恢复已使用任务点。

如果您认为扣款有误，请尽快联系 contact@talkarcllc.com，并提供账号对应的邮箱和相关订单或交易信息。请勿通过邮件发送银行卡号、密码或支付凭证。

我们可自行决定提供退款或任务点，但单次处理不构成今后必须同样处理的义务。
